Customer had an existing deck but desired a screened in 4 season room & a new roof.
We removed existing wood deck and built a 10´x12´ four seasons room with a 4´x8´ deck in existing location. Tied existing siding and roof line into the addition. Installed new 30yr Architectural shingles on entire house.
